“Nostalgia in a casing” is what this salami should be called for some people. There are few among us who were not completely in love with pepperoni growing up, and thus continue to be in love as adults. Our pepperoni is a pure pork pepperoni, which leaves it with a superior taste and texture which mimics that of classic salami much more closely than its half beef counterparts. Smokey and peppery, it is a true delight!
