Primo Galloni, the founder, had been making Prosciutto di Parma as far back as 1938. This tradition has been handed down generation to generation, and even today, the business is a family run affair. Made with 100% Italian hogs with a minimum aging of 10 months (more than twice the industry standard), Galloni Prosciutto boasts a perfect balance between meat and fat, creating a perfect bite every time. Hand salted and smeared, these prosciutto are given the love and dedication needed to create a truly great product.
