Yogurt Espresso


-2 tablespoon vanilla yogurt

- 1 Illy Espresso

- 1 tablespoon skim milk

- 1/4 teaspoon cocoa powder


  1. Prepare the Espresso into a small cup or pour pitcher

  2. Spoon the yogurt into the bottom of a small serving glass

  3. Gently pour the Espresso over the yogurt so that it forms a separate layer

  4. Foam the skim milk and cocoa powder together in a small pitcher, using a small hand mixer

  5. Gently pour the foam on top of the Espresso, forming a third distinct layer
