The most important thing I remember from my childhood was being in the kitchen every Sunday morning with my mom planning our menu. After my mom’s passing, I took over the duty and responsibility of cooking for the household. I soon realized that i had a passion for food and that I wanted to share this passion with others. It was how food effected the senses that most interested me. This is the reason I named my company ‘Papille’. Translation: taste buds!
