Quick and Easy
- 4 slices of fresh Mozzarella cheese
- 1 can of Cirio's Tomato Filets
- 1 bunch of fresh basil
- Olitalia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1. Cut the mozzarella cheese into slices one centimeter thick.
2. Season tomato filets with olive oil, salt and pepper.
3. Stack slices of mozzarella cheese, spacing with tomato and a basil leaf.
4. Drizzle Olitalia Extra Virgin Olive Oil on mounted salad.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
