The best of Sicily
Società Agricola Monterosso is located on the south eastern tip of Sicily, in one of the highest municipalities, Chiaramonte Gulfi. In the summer period, from May to September, tomatoes reach the right ripening level, when the organoleptic properties are at their best and the rhythms of nature are fully respected. When tomatoes are ripe and become bright red, it is the right time for harvest: staff pick tomatoes by hand, bunch by bunch. They are processed immediately after, maintaining all their flavor and freshness.
