Passion Through Tradition
The most important thing I remember from my childhood was being in the kitchen every Sunday morning with my mom planning our menu. After my mom’s passing, I took over the duty and responsibility of cooking for the household. I soon realized that i had a passion for food and that I wanted to share this passion with others. It was how food effected the senses that most interested me. This is the reason I named my company ‘Papille’. Translation: taste buds!
Les Importations Papille originated in 1991. Today it consists of a sales team and office staff that is committed to educate the consumer about fine foods.
Les Importations Papille works with artisanal producers to guarantee the quality and freshness of the products sold. We wake up each morning trying to honor this dedication by matching it with our own.
